From January 1st, 2015, all persons undertaking nationally recognised training courses will be required to provide a USI (Unique Student Identifier) in order to be enrolled and resulted.

The USI will help keep your training records and results together in an online account controlled by you and is easily accessible from a computer, tablet or smart phone.

All learners receive a certificate following successful completion of a course provided under the Australian Qualifications Framework.  The certificate is named according to the level of study achieved:

MSS always strive to provide the best outcomes for our clients and learners.

  • Your feedback is VERY important to us.
  • Your voice will be heard.
  • We will listen and we will act.

First of all we recommend you speak to your trainer during the course to see if they can remedy the situation immediately.

If you are still not satisfied and wish to make a formal complaint or appeal, you can contact us by the following methods:

Have you completed training with MSS? Have you misplaced your Certificate/Statement of Attainment parchment?

No problem!! All you need to do is contact our office in person, by telephone or email (click contacts above) and request a replacement. However, we will need you to provide proof of identification to avoid confusion and potentially fraud.
